Do I have to be in beauty, skin or wellness? +
This work is built specifically for owners in beauty, skin, aesthetic, health and wellness businesses. The pricing models, profit drivers, and CEO patterns are particular to your industry. If you're outside that space, book the call and we'll work out together whether there's still a fit.
I'm not booked out yet. Is this still for me? +
Yes. The work is just as relevant for owners still building demand. We work on the demand side and the margin side together. Growth without profit is just pressure.
Is this just mindset coaching? +
No. This is strategic and financially literate advisory work. We deal in numbers, margins, pricing models, and operations. Mindset and CEO identity matter because they unlock execution, but the work is grounded in real business decisions, not affirmations.
What if I'm not sure I can afford it? +
The Strategy Call is free. Start there. We talk honestly about whether deeper work is right for you and when. The whole point of this work is that good profit decisions pay for themselves. If that's not true for your situation, I'll tell you.
